The Harvest Center Church was established in 1995, in the home of Pastor and Mrs. Rufus L. Smalls. The foundation being laid through the assistance of Apostle Bernard Smalls of Atlanta, Georgia, formerly Anchorage, Alaska. The Harvest Center has a strong vision for training, equipping and sending believers out to start churches of the same nature. We have a strong desire to have the Great Commission carried out in its fullness by people of all races, who are trained and prepared.  We put a high priority on anointed worship and praise to seek God for His presence.  We believed in preparing youth to be used in this final outpouring of the Holy Spirit, as well as women in ministry. With the Apostles, the Apostolic Anointing will draw the other five-fold ministers; Prophets, Teachers, Evangelists and Pastors to prepare the church.

Radio Ministry The Voice of Harvest is currently heard on WJNI, FM 106.3, at 8:00a.m Sunday mornings. You can hear a 30-minute broadcast selected by Apostle Smalls to call in the harvest and prepare for Christ's return. Prison Ministry To go into the prison and minister Christ to the inmates. We want to help them make decision to make life changes instead of change of location. We believe spiritual rehabilitation is the best rehabilitation for anyone.
